This service updates the IMEI status in the GSMA global database, changing a clean device to stolen/blacklisted status across supported networks.

Once an IMEI is blacklisted through this service, the device cannot be reverted to clean status.
Clean recovery, removal, or reversal is NOT possible after blacklisting.
